PM Modi says: ‘Congress wants to divide Hindus for political gains’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday lambasted the Congress party, accusing them of dividing Hindu society for political gains, a day after achieving a historic victory in Haryana assembly elections.

Prime Minister Modi also alleged that the Congress party was trying to mislead various sections of the public, including Dalits, farmers, youth, but their efforts were thwarted.

The Prime Minister further congratulated the people of Maharashtra for laying the foundation stones of various development projects today.

“Today, Maharashtra received donations for 10 medical colleges. Two important infrastructure-related projects – modernization and expansion of Nagpur Airport and construction of Shirdi Airport terminal – were also laid today .I congratulate the people of Maharashtra for all these developmental works,” he said.

Prime Minister Modi accused the Congress party of rampant corruption during its rule, matching the current pace and scale of development.
